WHITE  ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING

Beautifies and Insulates

Top quality titanium dioxide is the white pigment used in WHITE METAL SEAL ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING to give lasting beauty. It gives UV ray deflection which improves the roof's ability to insulate. Thermal shock is reduced.

DEFLECTS UV RAYS

WHITE ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING

Covers In One Coat

WHITE METAL SEAL takes the trouble and expense out of protecting metal roofs. Once repairs and preparations have been made to the metal roof, WHITE METAL SEAL ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING provides a simple one-coat application for superior roof protection.

WHITE  ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING

Easy To Apply

WHITE METAL SEAL ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING is easily applied by brush, roller or with an airless spray system with a minimum working pressure of 3,000 PSI. Stir thoroughly just prior to use. Make applications only to a clean, dry surface.

WHITE  ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING

Special Polymers Provide Expansion and Contraction Properties

WHITE  ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING incorporates special polymers to give a chemical bond to metal. Other specially added polymers give the type expansion and contraction properties that coatings need in order to withstand the movement that metal roofs display. These polymers are more UV resistant than standard SBS types and maintain their flexibility longer under the most severe weather conditions.

APLLICATION METHOD

Application should not be made on severely damaged metal where rusted-through areas are apparent and the metal is too thin for self support. If these conditions exist, replace metal roof sections as necessary and proceed with system application.

Allow 48 hours for all repairs to cure before coating is to be applied. Do not apply when rain or frost is forecast within 24 hours after application. If roof is hot, best results can be achieved if surface is slightly dampened before coating. Avoid overwetting or puddling.

Surface should be cleaned and free from oil, grease, rust, loose paint and dirt. Remove rust with TRC's RUST REMOVER or by wire brushing. Power wash, vacuum or hose down and sweep.

Make certain all nails, screws, fasteners, etc. are in place and secure. Surface must be dry before application. Allow new galvanized metal to weather for at least nine months before coating.

STIR THROUGHLY BEFORE USE. Apply WHITE ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING by brush, roller or spray at a minimum rate of 1? gallons per 100 square feet. During application, keep tools clean and free from build-up by rinsing frequently with water. WHITE ELASTOMERIC has also proven effective over sprayed-on polyurethane roofs and rubber roofs.

Clean brushes, tools, and other equipment with soapy water immediately after use. Dried film may require paint remover.
