ALUMINUM METAL SEAL

Insulates and Beautifies

Once repairs and preparations have been made, ALUMINUM METAL SEAL ROOF COATING provides superior roof protection plus the outstanding benefits of aluminum dispersed throughout. Thorough dispersion helps assure the aluminum will not weather off as with thin film aluminum metal paints. Aluminum stays on the roof reflecting hot and damaging rays of the sun, aiding in the insulation of the building and reducing thermal shock.

ALUMINUM METAL SEAL

Covers In One Coat

ALUMINUM METAL SEAL ROOF SYSTEM incorporates special rubber modifiers that create a chemical bond to the metal roof on which it is applied. No separate priming step is required. Waterproofing protection and aluminum reflectivity are achieved in one easy-to-apply coat, saving on labor costs

ALUMINUM METAL SEAL

Is Easy To Apply

Stir ALUMINUM METAL SEAL ROOF COATING to ensure aluminum is thoroughly suspended; then it is ready to use as it comes in the container. No thinning or heating required. ALUMINUM METAL SEAL RUBBERIZED CEMENT is of troweling consistency. ALUMINUM METAL SEAL ROOF COATING should be applied by brush.

ALUMINUM METAL SEAL

Is Durable

ALUMINUM METAL SEAL RUBBERIZED CEMENT is a solvent-based rubberized fibered polymer system. Its special formulation is designed to give extra strength and water resistance when cured. ALUMINUM METAL SEAL ROOF COATING will provide years of protection to any type of metal roof.

ALUMINUM METAL SEAL

Offers Rubberized Aluminum Protection

ALUMINUM METAL SEAL combines the flexibility of rubber and the reflective capabilities of aluminum in one convenient roof system. ALUMINUM METAL SEAL RUBBERIZED CEMENT effectively repairs and reinforces metal seams, bolts, fasteners and protrusions. ALUMINUM METAL SEAL ROOF COATING contains special rubber modifiers which provide extreme expansion and contraction properties to withstand roof movement.

Application Method

Surface should be cleaned and free from oil, grease, rust, loose paint and dirt. Remove rust with Texas Refinery Corp.'s RUST REMOVER or by wire brushing. Make certain all nails, screws, fasteners, etc. are in place and secure.

Reinforce seams, nail or screw holes and around protrusions with ALUMINUM METAL SEAL and POLY-MAT ROOFING MESH, using Texas Refinery Corp.'s "Sandwich System of Roof Repair."

Apply ALUMINUM METAL SEAL ROOF COATING by brush at a minimum rate of one gallon per 100 square feet.

DESCRIPTION:
Texas Refinery Corp.'s "ALUMINUM METAL SEAL" ROOF SYSTEM consists of a Coating, a Cement and a 4" wide roll of Polyester Fabric (POLY-MAT). Both the "ALUMINUM METAL SEAL" Coating and Cement contain a special blend of polymers which provide excellent adhesion and flexibility. This system is designed to withstand the extreme movement that metal roofs display. These products contain an aluminum pigment which gives excellent reflectivity of the sun's rays.

The Cement and Polyester Fabric (POLY-MAT) are used to create a sandwich system (see Application Instructions) of reinforcement and flexibility for the seams. The Coating provides years of protection and reflectivity of the sun's rays.
