RUBBER PATCH
Specifically Designed To Patch
RUBBER PATCH is packaged by the case. A case consists of 4 - 1 gallon containers, plus one roll of 4'' x 150' GLAS-WEB Reinforcing Membrane. (Note: GLAS-WEB is black in color. When GLAS-WEB is used to reinforce RUBBER PATCH, the resulting patch will have a black shading. If a white shading is more desirable, a 4'' x 180' roll of POLY-MAT Reinforcing Membrane can be shipped in lieu of the GLAS-WEB. POLY-MAT is white in color. When POLY-MAT is used to reinforce RUBBER PATCH, the resulting patch will have a white shading. If POLY-MAT is preferred, please specify when ordering.)

And Repair Rubber Roofs
In order to be effective, a rubber roof patching product must form a permanent bond to the rubber roof surface. Equally important, the patching material must not beetrimental to the surface to which it is being applied. TRC RUBBER PATCH is ideal for rubber roof repairs because it is specifically designed to patch rubber roofs by forming a permanent bond on the old surface, while protecting the surface on which it is applied.
RUBBER PATCH
Stops Leaks Fast
Once RUBBER PATCH is applied, leaks are stopped! RUBBER PATCH withstands water contact immediately after application. That means RUBBER PATCH can be used even when rainy weather is on the way.
RUBBER PATCH
Easy To Apply
RUBBER PATCH is user friendly. It is fast and easy to apply. Comes ready to use - - no heating, stirring or mixing is required. Can be applied with a brush or trowel.
RUBBER PATCH
Ideal For All Climates
RUBBER PATCH is the perfect product for all climate conditions. Application can be made from 0? F. to 140? F.; and once it is cured, it withstands temperatures all the way from -40? F. to 140? F. Regardless of temperature extremes, RUBBER PATCH stays on the job, doing its job of stopping leaks.
RUBBER PATCH
Retains Rubber-Like Flexibility
Roof surfaces constantly contract and expand as temperatures vary. RUBBER PATCH has over 600% elongation, and as a result, it has rubber-like flexibility that enables it to withstand normal roof contractions and expansions.
RUBBER PATCH
Crystal Clear - - Blends With Existing Surface
RUBBER PATCH is crystal clear. As a result, it blends with the color on which it is being applied. When used on black surfaces, the black shows through. When used on white surfaces, the white shows through. Because it is clear, RUBBER PATCH makes a more natural looking patch on any surface!
RUBBER PATCH
Versatile
Even though RUBBER PATCH is specifically designed to patch and repair rubber roofs, it is versatile enough for many other applications. It can also be used on asphalt, weathered modified bitumen, metal, masonry, marble, ceramic tile, fiberglass, concrete and wood. Its versatility makes it an effective coating, patch or repair sealant for many applications.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

For areas that require extra reinforcement, use GLAS-WEB Reinforcing Membrane with RUBBER PATCH in the following manner:

2. Embed GLAS-WEB into the RUBBER PATCH.
3. Apply a top coat of RUBBER PATCH over the GLAS-WEB.

4. RUBBER PATCH thickness should not exceed 1/8'' per coat. If applied thicker than 1/8'' per coat, RUBBER PATCH may not cure properly and may crack during curing. Multiple thin coats are better than a heavy single coat.
